Please accept this invitation to become an Insider and learn more about what we aspire to embody.
When you grow tired of the hustle and bustle, cutthroat, competitive fear driven world, where time-money-freedom scarcity is a common reality for so many of us, become an insider and join the [insider] community. Let this document act as a guide and invitation so you too can redefine personal (and professional) development on your own terms and tackle change with ease!

Clarity is a superpower
Lacking clarity is to operate from a place of disillusion, confusion and ineffectiveness. Being factual, neutral and having self-awareness are key to seeing what is - to be in harmony with reality. We aim to drop unhelpful stories, judgements and assumptions, and we lead with curiosity

We don't play the blame-game
We accept ownership and responsibility for our own experiences, and we avoid blaming others or pitying ourselves. “Given how things are, what will I do next”, is a constant invitation for us to go from distraction to action and traction.

Being a Creator VS a Consumer
To create is to add and to give. To consume is to subtract and take. One is service-oriented, one is ego-driven. We choose to use the power of creation to make a difference in the lives of ourselves and in the lives of others.

Disengage the autopilot
90% of your thinking is recycled thinking from yesterday. That means that today will be about 10% different from yesterday - at best. We're different. We bring more awareness to our everyday life and in so doing disengages the autopilot. We seek fresh thinking and exponential change.
Overwhelm leads to procrastination
We avoid biting off more than we can chew. We recognize that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step – the one right in front of you. Focus on the first next step and having clarity around what that step looks like leads to action, motivation and momentum. Small steps taken consistently and repeatedly leads to monumental results over time.

Change is seldom linear
Instead change is more often curved and looped. We understand that relapse is steps part of the same staircase to success. And challenges are invitations to learn, grow and become stronger for what is to come, it’s the very steps to adoption and mastery.

There's no failure, only feedback
We accept that every outcome is data and feedback - nothing more and when we change the meaning we give things we change the experience we’re having in connection to it.

We only fear what we don’t know
Through preparation we aim to act with clarity and confidence, making the unknown known.

Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
We understand that we are not always in control (if ever) of what happens to us. We do accept that we get to control how we react and act in the face of what happens to us. We focus on what is within our control and we let go of the rest.
Inspiration are clues for what's inside
We look at inspiration as not just a feel-good experience and reason for action, but also as a clue to what is already present inside us. What we find inspiring is a reminder of what is already part of us, which is why we find it inspiring to begin with. Not all things are equally inspiring to everyone.

We define success on our terms
We know which game we’re playing and we know it’s all a game. When we compare ourselves to others it’s like we assume we define success in the same way. We live life on our terms.

We are able, capable & complete
We subscribe to the idea that all we really need we already have. We are complete. As long as there’s a breath in our body there’s a way for us to take the immediate next step towards what we want.
Love is always the answer
If you’ve ever made progress and even achieved success while fueled by anger, disgust or even hate, then imagine what you can do if love was your fuel. Fear and hate are destructive. Love is constructive. We aim to love, and believe in the fertile environment that love provides for individual and collective well-being, performance and success.

More of what makes you happy
We do not want to postpone our happiness or put conditions on it (when X happens then I will be happy). We want to make sure we are happy now, making it a way to travel, not a destination. Choosing to do more of things that makes us happy now we get to feel that much better now. And when we feel better, we do better.

Being at the speed
of life
Rigidity and restriction stifles potential. We want to be in flow and cultivate an innate drive and ability to act in alignment with our values and goals, not from a place of fear of failure or punishment but from a place of compassion, care and confidence.

We lead from a place of integrity
We honor our values and priorities and we practice integrity by saying what we mean and doing what we say. We know that handling fallouts is much easier to handle when we’ve acted from a place of integrity and alignment of who we are.
